Hi my name is Mark Parkanski and in the March of 2023 I will be participating in the Jerusalem Marathon as apart of Team Shalva and my school's TeamTanenbaumCHAT.
Now you may ask "What's Shalva?" and simply put Shalva is group of people with a goal to help people with disabilities and let them get the support they need.
but another thing you may ask is "Mark why are you running the marathon?" well the reason is that I have a disability of my own and you may have heard of it, when I was 8 years old I was diagnosed with ADHD thereby making it harder for me to concentrate and as of august of this year I have been diagnosed with a math specific learning disability which is why I have immense trouble with math.
