Help me run for Shalva this March!

Goal: 540
962.42
Hii Weekly, I have the opportunity to volunteer and walk the halls of Shalva. Weekly, I witness the incredible work this organization does for each family and each individual who comes their way. I leave the Shalva building each week as a changed and more positive person. This is because the Shalva community is so impactful and special. Shalva provides transformative care for individuals with disabilities in Israel, empowering their families and promoting social inclusion. All the services in this warm and welcoming organization are available to thousands of children regardless of religion, ethnic background or financial capability. Baruch Hashem, this phenomenal institution has the ability to function in a state of the art building filled with color, intricate and specified design, a semi Olympic pool, individualized therapies, countless classrooms used by programs from newborns and mothers through the after-school program for elementary and high school students. Shalva is also home to six acres of completely accessible and inclusive parks, a 400-seat auditorium with unprecedented wheelchair access, a café with employees who are Shalva alumnae. Most importantly, Shalva is filled with the most unique and happy people— from their staff, students, and volunteers. This is why I chose to run for Shalva in this year’s Jerusalem Marathon. Please help me reach my goal!
